Pay Range:
Assistant Professor – $320,000-$345,000
Associate Professor – $375,000
Professor – $405,000
Job Summary:
The Clinical Operations Director oversees the daily operations of the Department of Anesthesiology’s Pediatric Division. The overarching goal is to partner with the Division’s Clinical Quality Director to ensure that the Division is efficient, effective, and clinically outstanding, while meeting our ongoing clinical staffing obligations throughout the Denver Metro region. The Clinical Operations Director will also work with Perioperative Nursing, Administrative, and Perioperative Surgical leadership to ensure compliance with Children’s Hospital Colorado policies and procedures.
